Perigean Spring (Violent Piano Vol. 2)

  1. It's so strange how looking at the "A Molten Core (Violent Piano Vol. 1)" and this give me such different feelings. I flipped back and forth a few times between them. Vol 2. is so much more relaxing and easy going, while Vol.1 has a lot more rage and violence. It's crazy how it can change with just the hues. I guess it's hard to put in words but I can really feel the difference between them, really amazing work.

    1. Thanks Matt. I'm as shocked as you are. Who would have thought when I first had the idea to play around with color I'd fall in love with this idea. Every time I change a color I'm amazed how easily the piece turns into something different. I've done 11 of these Violent Piano pieces, a couple I played around with the knife a little bit more after changing color, but for the most part it's just color as the difference. I'm really glad you like what I've been doing here, that alone, having someone out there who enjoys the work, makes doing it worthwhile in the dual sense, being first do the art for yourself, second, hopefully others will enjoy it as much as you enjoy doing it. Anyhow, I can't tell you how glad I am you're digging the stuff I've been doing, hopefully that will continue. Thanks again.
